Japanese Encephalitis

Mosquito-borne virus in rural Southeast Asia and Pacific. Especially important during monsoon season and rice paddy visits.

Traveling with Kids? We've Got You.

Children are more vulnerable to travel illness — their immune systems are still developing and they're more likely to interact with animals and unwashed surfaces.

Our free family consultations cover age-appropriate vaccine schedules, child-friendly antimalarial dosing, practical packing advice (rehydration salts, fever medication, sunscreen), and food safety tips for kids.

We see families every week. Bring everyone in — the consultation is free and we'll make sure the whole family is protected.

What Calgary Travelers Say

★★★★★

We took our whole family to India — two adults, two kids under 10. The pharmacist went through every city, explained what each person needed, and gave us all our vaccines that same day. We didn't get sick once. I tell every parent I know to go here.

Needed last-minute vaccines for Lagos, Nigeria — only 10 days' notice. They fit me in within two days, gave me yellow fever, hepatitis, typhoid, and Malarone. Incredibly efficient. I've been back three times for different trips.

They didn't just give us shots — they explained altitude sickness for Cusco, food safety tips, and packed us a checklist. Way more thorough than any travel clinic I've been to.
