Switching pharmacies
Moving your prescriptions here is our job, not yours.
Tell us where you fill them now. A pharmacist calls that pharmacy, moves your refills across, and rings you back when it is done. You do not need to see your doctor, and nothing you have already paid for goes to waste.

Who you will be dealing with
Kelly is the one who calls you back.
Kelly Zhu runs the pharmacy. She looks after medication safety and travel health, and she is the reason people keep saying the same thing in our reviews, which is that nobody hurried them.
“They give you great, personalized service, and will talk all the time you need to answer questions.”
Most people leave a pharmacy because nobody ever explains their medications.
So that is where we start. Here is what is waiting once you are with us.
Someone sits down and goes through your medications
All of them at once, including the vitamins and the things you picked up yourself. We look at what you take, when you take it, and how they work alongside each other. It is free, it takes about half an hour, and most people have never been offered it.
You can ask, and nobody is rushing you
If a question occurs to you in the car park, come back in. Phone if that is easier. A pharmacist answers our phone during opening hours, and you will not be handed to a queue.
Your medications can arrive sorted
If you take a few different things, we can pack them by the day and the hour so there is nothing to count out at the kitchen table. Delivery across Calgary is free if getting here is the hard part.
What happens after you press the button
Today
You fill in three boxes
Your name, your number, and where you fill your prescriptions now. That is the last thing we ask of you.
Usually the same day
A pharmacist calls your old pharmacy
We ask for your file and whatever refills are left on it. You are not on that call and do not need to be.
Once it is done
We ring you back
To say it is finished, and to ask how you would like things from here. Picked up, packed by the day, or delivered.
The three things people ask first
- I just picked up three months of medication.
- Then nothing is wasted. Keep what you have and carry on taking it. What moves is the prescription behind it, meaning the refills you have not collected yet. The change happens quietly in the background and you notice it next time you need more.
- Do I have to wait until I next see my doctor?
- No. Your doctor is not part of this. A transfer happens between two pharmacies, pharmacist to pharmacist. You do not need a new prescription, and you do not need an appointment to ask for one.
- My pharmacy has the prescription. How do I get it back?
- You do not. We call them and ask for it, which is a normal request they handle every week. You will not have to phone them, explain yourself, or collect anything.
Tell us where to call
Three boxes. A pharmacist takes it from there, usually the same day.
“Staff here are knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. I’ve been a friend & Patient for years and have nothing but praise for the whole Team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new pharmacy team.”
“Went to the pharmacy to pick up some medications with my mother and grandmother. It was a great experience and even accommodated for my Chinese speaking grandmother. The process was smooth. My family will be returning here.”
